Meet Your Baker
Chelsea "Chels" McMillan grew up in Quincy, FL, in kitchens that smelled like butter, sugar, and something slow-cooking on the stove. Her Granny Hilda and Granny Lottie didn't just teach her to bake — they taught her that food is how you show people they matter.
After more than 12 years working in the restaurant industry, Chelsea knew it was time to build something of her own. And when her wife went vegan, she had her direction: prove that dietary restrictions don't have to mean disappointing desserts.
In 2021, MAC'S Cakes was born — vegan, gluten free, soy free, and nut free, without sacrificing a single ounce of flavor.
